Responsibilities:

1.English teaching for training adults basically in oral English aspect.

2.Participate in Business activities accompanying leaders in business occasions.

3.Any tasks related to oral English training and translation work.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor Degree or above.

2.English native speakers and more than 1 year English teaching experience is preferred.

3.English is first language or second language.

4.Good looking and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

１、Responsible for the legal audit of all kinds of contracts in the company;

２、Resolve related economic disputes on behalf of the company and handle related

　　arbitration, litigation;

３、Provision of legal advice and programmes for the protection of the legal rights and

　　interests of the company's various departments and personnel;

４、Guide the legal practice of the company;

５、Draft and revise important business advice.

Qualifications:

１、Bachelor degree in law, experience in legal work, in economic, securities and trade related

　　enterprises as a legal adviser is preferred;

２、Familiar with company law, economic law, international trade law;

３、Familiar with the daily legal work of the company, and familiar with the process of

　　handling economic cases;

４、Good communication and coordination skills, strong verbal and verbal skills;

５、Work carefully and rigorously, with team spirit.
