In fact, as early as August 2020, the Notice on Accelerating the Digital Transformation of State-owned Enterprises issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission proposed to promote the digital, networked and intelligent development of State-owned enterprises, enhance their competitiveness, innovation, control power, influence and risk resistance, and enhance their industrial base capacity and the modernization level of industrial chain.


The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) recently held a meeting on promoting informatization of state-owned assets and central enterprises pointed out that we should focus on improving the level of intelligent supervision, comprehensively promote the construction of cloud system and big data system of state-owned assets and central enterprises, continue to improve and perfect the informatization work guarantee mechanism, synchronously build first-class informatization capability in the process of building world-class enterprises, and build "smart state-owned assets and digital central enterprises". We will make oversight of state assets more effective and accelerate the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.

According to the above white paper, the promotion of the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises is a systematic project.
